Defence capabilities

Crown Management Consultants has a primary focus on supporting Defence. We have over 95% of staff with security clearances of NV1 or above, most of whom are former Defence employees. Crown Management Consultants is a DISP member, DSS Panellist and a supplier to all four Defence MSPs. We offer a full spectrum of Project Management and Project Support specialists to meet the requirements of any Project Office. Our highly qualified Program Directors and Project Managers have experience across a diverse range of specialisation including ICT, procurement, capability development and manufacturing. Crown also provides technical specialists across a full range of project support functions including Scheduling, ILS management, Risk management, Contract management, Training and Workforce management, and Engineering.

Cyber security capabilities

Crown Management Consultants provide qualified Cyber Security Experts to Defence. We have multiple assessors qualified under the Australian Signals Directorate’s (ASDs) Information Security Registered Assessors Program (IRAP). Our skilled team members are experienced in areas such as Network Design, Security Analysts, and Cyber Security Technicians. With a highly qualified team of cyber security professionals, our team can assist with identifying and planning system security requirements, development and implementation and subsequent system assessments and accreditation.

Space sector capabilities

Crown Management Consultants provides qualified Satellite Communications experts to Government Agencies (primarily Defence). We have skilled consultants in areas such as Ground Station Operations, Networking Design, Systems Engineering, and Space Operations. Crown Management Consultants are engaged with Defence’s current SATCOM project JP2008 all phases and future SATCOM JP9102. Our deep understanding of satellite communications in support of Land, Air and Sea has been developed over the past 20 years within the Defence Space domain.
