Defence capabilities

Goal’s core expertise in Defence covers the following:
  • Asset Management and ILS - including ILS Management, FMECA, LSA, Supply Chain, Tender Support, Tech Writing, TWI, Executive Reviews, Obsolescence, ISO 55001 assistance and certification, supply analysis, ERP implementation.
  • Export Control and ITAR – including compliance auditing, strategic advice, ITAR planning and support, inductions and training.
  • Project and Program Support – including strategy development and management; project remediation; caretaker PM roles, leadership coaching; change management, transitional workforce supplementation.
  • Speciality Services such as bid and tender support – utilising decades of experience working with Primes & SMEs to provide bid support for tender responses from primes.

    • Cyber security capabilities

    In recognition of the need to protect data through the entire supply chain, Goal has procured interest in, and partnered with, GuardWare to deliver a suite of Cyber Security products that, in their mature form, will provide the Commonwealth and/or the primes with the ability to trace and control access to their data. This emerging Cyber Security technology has the potential to fundamentally alter the landscape of how we manage and protect our data throughout Defence.
