Training, education and professional development

Serco is a nationally Registered Training Organisation (RTO) providing both civil and defence training and education, delivering tailored and integrated programs that prepare senior Defence leaders through to front-line personnel for the most demanding scenarios they will face.

Acquisition, procurement and project management

Serco has deep expertise in complex maritime project management, providing holistic Design, Build, Operate and Maintain (DBOM) program solutions, through to deep offshore vessel operation and national waterfront maintenance services.
