ServeGate is a self-funded, Indigenous, not-for-profit, member-subcontractor-based enterprise that enables micro, small and Indigenous businesses to access significant, sustainable work through member-based capability aggregation. ServeGate’s single-point contract management reduces risk, and ServeGate does not compete with, constrain, poach from, or acquire financial interest in, its members. ServeGate offers Professional Services aggregated capabilities to Government customers, with teams or individuals covering capability acquisition projects and programs, ICT, change management and related technical skills. ServeGate’s Indigenous activities, under Restoring Country, support the long-term development of expertise, skills and sustainability in micro and small Indigenous businesses through land remediation and infrastructure development projects

Defence capabilities

Defence is the major customer for ServeGate's Professional Services, with expertise provided across a wide range of disciplines through panels such as DSS, ICTPA, AFP and BuyICT. ServeGate's broad, diverse and growing member-subcontractor community (currently at 170+ micro, small and/or Indigenous businesses) provide Defence with program, project and ICT management expertise and a full range of technical services. ServeGate has current contracts with Service Headquarters, CIOG, CASG, DST Group and HQJOC plus specialised Defence organisations such as the Land Test & Evaluation Agency.

Cyber security capabilities

ServeGate's member-subcontractor community offers a broad and diverse range of cyber expertise and services, much of it acquired through Defence experience. Offerings include expert security advice, monitored cyber security services, penetration testing and related training
