Resource Supplementation and Project Delivery
Our Project Delivery Team provides Program & Project Management, Project Controls and Procurement & Contract Management.
We specialise in assisting our clients across the entire procurement lifecycle, – from needs identification and requirements definition, through acquisition planning and management, to transition and sustainment. We call this “Procurement Integration” as it integrates the full range of procurement activities with Project and Program Management and Organisational Change.
Risk and Transformation Consulting
Our Consulting Team provides Organisational Risk & Resilience and Organisational Design Transformation support.
We work with our clients to help them to develop and implement industry ‘better practice’ procurement capability through the provision of targeted training and skills transfer.
