ZSK Embroidery machine's TFP (Tailored fiber) and TWP (tailored wire placement) allows the placement of the selected material to be stitched using embroidery in a 360 degree multi-directional continuous profile or circuit in large field areas of up to but not limited to 9 meters with each machine custom build to the required products specifications for wire, fibre, tubing or a combination of wire and fibre for sensor integration this type of production allows for higher strength and integrity in structural components compared to 3D printing technology reducing waste and labour by approximately 70% and above depending on the fibre application.
