Transport Canberra and City Services
Transport Canberra and City Services (TCCS) is actively involved in a large range of community and stakeholder engagement activities. TCCS provides high quality essential services to the community. This interface with the community and the desire to educate further people about the work of the TCCS attracts a number of requests for sponsorship and donations. These requests for support may be in the form of a cash payment, in-kind support through the provision of goods, labour or services, or a combination of these.
Outgoing sponsorship provides the TCCS with an opportunity to enhance its image, corporate identity and to promote the work of the directorate.
GIVIT
GIVIT is a not-for-profit organisation that matches real and urgent requests for donated goods with resources from the community. It is a free service that is available to all agencies, services and charities in the ACT working directly with the impoverished, marginalised and vulnerable people. Their goal is to ensure all charities and not-for-profit organisations receive quality donations for those in urgent need, while reducing wasteful dumping and the need for warehousing of donations.

National Association of Women in Construction
National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC)is a not for profit company which has been in operation nationally for over 20 years. NAWIC ACT membership comes from a diverse range of disciplines within and related to the construction industry including graduates, women in trades and women on site, in professional offices and in senior management positions. TCCS is strongly engaged with the construction industry through Light Rail Stage 1 and through other major projects.

Construction Industry Training Council Apprenticeship Awards
The Construction Industry Training Council (CITC) is the peak training advisory body for the building and construction industry in the ACT and surrounding region. A non-profit organisation, they actively encourage employers to maintain their commitment to employing and training construction industry apprentices. The finalists in the Graduating Apprentice and Industry Encouragement Awards are recognised as the best graduating apprentices in the ACT and surrounding region for the year. TCCS is strongly engaged with the construction industry through Light Rail Stage 1 and through other major projects.

Capital Linen Services Community Support
Capital Linen Service (CLS) provides a range of initiatives to support the local community. Koomari are provided with low cost ragged linen which is used to provide disabled workers with employment to cut down and on sell rags. CLS also supports Canberra’s Ronald McDonald House located on the Canberra Hospital Campus with a free managed linen service. Linen laundered and delivered to the accommodation area used to support families of patients visiting the hospital.

2016-17 Transport Canberra Sponsorship Activities
Transport Canberra can provide sponsorship in the form of a cash payment, in-kind support through the provision of goods, labour or services, or a combination of these. Generally, for Transport Canberra, sponsorship includes discounted or free travel on ACTION Bus Services, a discounted rate for bus advertising or an in-kind or discounted rate on charter services.
