Organisational Structure

• The Chief Minister stream, headed by the Director-General CMTEDD, comprises the following functions:
  • Office of the Head of Service;
  • Policy and Cabinet;
  • Workforce Capability and Governance;
  • Office of the Chief Digital Officer;
  • Economic Development;
  • Communications and Engagement;
  • Access Canberra;
  • Strategic Finance; and
  • Corporate.
• The Treasury stream, headed by the Under Treasurer, which comprises two sub-streams:
  • Economic, Budget and Industrial Relations, headed by the Deputy Under Treasurer, comprising the following functions:
    • Economic and Financial;
    • Finance and Budget;
    • Workplace Safety and industrial Relations; and
    • Revenue Management.
  • Commercial Services and Infrastructure, headed by the Deputy Under Treasurer, comprising the following functions:
    • Shared Services;
    • Infrastructure Finance and Capital Works;
    • Procurement ACT;
    • Property and Venues; and
    • ACT Insurance Authority (ACTIA).
