ACT Property Group provides accommodation, maintenance and upgrade services on behalf of the ACT Government. ACT Property Group manages more than 200 Territory-owned buildings including commercial buildings, government offices, community/multipurpose buildings, and aquatic/leisure facilities. It also leases a number of commercial buildings on behalf of the Territory for the provision of government services and functions. In addition, ACT Property Group provides property upgrade services and planned and reactive maintenance services on Territory-owned properties managed by CMTEDD and other directorates.
