Motorists and other road users are advised that road resurfacing will take place on Ellenborough Street, Lyneham, between the Ellenborough Street on/off ramp which connects with the Barton Highway and the north end of Cossington Smith Crescent this Saturday, 6 April 2019 (weather permitting).
Location and timing of works
Resurfacing work will be carried out between 7 am and 5 pm on Saturday 6 April 2019 weather permitting. The works will require Ellenborough Street to be closed to all traffic in both directions from the on/off ramp which connects with the Barton Highway to the north end of Cossington Smith Crescent during this period.
Effects on traffic
- Delays are expected.
- Detours will be in place along Ginninderra Drive, Gungahlin Drive, Moat Street, Maribyrnong Avenue, Northbourne Avenue and the Barton Highway.
- Motorists are advised to seek an alternate route.
- Barriers as well as warning signs will be erected to alert people to the closures.
