Royal Commission Criminal Justice Report Legislation Amendment Bill 2018

Cabinet (the Government Business Subcommittee) agreed the Attorney-General present the Royal Commission Criminal Justice Legislation Amendment Bill 2018 in the Legislative Assembly. The Bill implements a number of reforms arising from the Final Criminal Justice Report of the Royal Commission into Institutional Responses to Child Sexual Abuse. The Triple Bottom Line Assessment was considered by Cabinet on 7 August 2018 (18/344/CAB – Crimes (Sexual Offences Reform) Bill 2018 - policy approval) as part of the policy approval.
