Cabinet agreed to the Education Directorate entering an Enforceable Undertaking with WorkSafe ACT on behalf of the Territory to further embed work health and safety for the benefit of the Directorate’s workers and student.  Cabinet noted the significant work health and safety initiatives undertaken by the Directorate over the preceding two years.  Given the technical nature of this item no Triple Bottom Line Assessment was required for this item.
