Proposal for off-site pill testing at the Spilt Milk festival

Cabinet agreed that the pill testing working group should formally consider the potential development of pill testing services outside the music festival environment in the ACT, with the outcome of this consideration to be provided to Cabinet in 2019.
Gaming and Other Legislation Amendment Bill 2018

Cabinet agreed the Attorney General present the Gaming and Other Legislation Amendment Bill 2018 in the Legislative Assembly. The Bill provides the legislative framework for the Pathway to 4,000 Gaming Machine Authorisations, and provides for an increased contribution rate, and reforms to the existing community contributions scheme that improve the effectiveness of the current gaming machine community contributions scheme and enhance its community benefit. The Bill also provides for a number of other amendments to gaming legislation.
ACT Skilled Migration Program Review

Cabinet agreed to the ACT Skilled Migration 190 Nomination program. The ACT Government has undertaken a review of the policy and program settings of the ACT Nomination process for the Skilled Nominated visa (subclass 190). The proposed policy to revise the ACT Skilled Migration Subclass 190 Visa program, informed by the review, will establish a fair and sustainable skilled migration nomination program that continues to address ACT interests.
Non-Government Schools - Education Funding

East Gungahlin School - Site Selection
