Cabinet agreed the Capital Woodland and Wetlands Conservation Association Incorporated (CWWCA) is eligible to receive a direct sale of land in accordance with section 240 (1) (a) of the Planning and Development Act 2007 and approved the grant of a Crown lease to the CWWCA.
