A Proposed Framework for an ACT Biosecurity Act: Consultation Papers

ACT Government submission to the House of Representatives Standing Committee on Social Policy and Legal Affairs Inquiry into Local Adoption

Cabinet agreed the ACT Government submission on domestic adoption in the ACT be provided to the Australian Government House of Representatives Standing Committee on Social Policy and Legal Affairs’ Inquiry into local adoptions.

Ministerial Statement and ACT Volunteering Statement Action Plan 2018-21

Cabinet agreed the Minister for Community Services and Social Inclusion make a statement in the Legislative Assembly on The Importance of Volunteering in the ACT. Cabinet further agreed to the ACT Volunteering Statement Action Plan 2018-21.

Cabinet agreed the Attorney-General present the Casino and Other Gaming Legislation Amendment Bill 2018 in the Legislative Assembly.

The Triple Bottom Line Assessment for this item was considered by Cabinet on 9 April 2018 and released under 18/236/CAB (Additional probity measures in relation to possible Casino Redevelopment).

Residential Tenancies Amendment Bill 2018

Cabinet agreed the Attorney-General present the Residential Tenancies Amendment Bill 2018 in the Legislative Assembly.
The Triple Bottom Line Assessment was considered by Cabinet on 12 February 2018 (17/718/CAB – Residential Tenancies Amendment Bill 2018 – policy approval) as part of the policy approval.
