Financial Management Amendment Bill 2019

Cabinet agreed the Treasurer present the Financial Management Amendment Bill 2019 in the ACT Legislative Assembly.  The Bill amends the Financial Management Act 1996 to improve budget estimates and management of the Capital Works Program. The Triple Bottom Line Assessment was considered by Cabinet on 19 December 2018 (18/624/CAB - Capital Works Program – Cash Flow Management Arrangement – policy approval) as part of the policy approval.
