City Renewal Authority and Suburban Land Agency Amendment Bill 2019

Cabinet agreed to pursue mechanisms for revitalisation of the Sydney and Melbourne Buildings, including releasing a consultation draft of the City Renewal Authority and Suburban Land Agency Amendment Bill, and that the City Renewal Authority undertaking further work to assess suitable reforms to protect the heritage and aesthetics of those buildings.
