Notification date: 13 October 2017
Notifying body: Transport Canberra and City Services Directorate
Legislation: Tree Protection Act 2005

Pursuant to Division 7.2 of the Tree Protection Act 2005, notice is given that the Conservator of Flora and Fauna has made a decision under section 52(1) to include a tree in the suburb of Curtin (1 x Eucalyptus mannifera) to the ACT Provisional Tree Register. The decision to provisionally register a tree is non-appealable, however I would encourage lodgement of any additional information by parties who may be affected by a registration.

In accordance with Section 52(1) of the Tree Protection Act 2005 the Conservator will make a decision regarding full registration of the tree within a year of it being provisionally registered. This decision will take into consideration any submissions or other relevant information received within the 21-day period after notification.

The ACT Tree Register can be found on the Transport Canberra and City Services website. Copies of the entry can be viewed in person in the foyer of Wotso House, Dickson.
