Service relocation works associated with the Transport Canberra Light Rail project will start on Monday 12 December 2016 and last for approximately two weeks on the intersection of Elouera Street and Gould Street on Northbourne Avenue.
Changed traffic arrangements will be in place at the intersection.

The works will occur at the intersection mid block of Elouera Street and Gould Street on Northbourne Avenue.

The changed traffic arrangements will be in place from 9.30 am Monday 12 December to 6 pm Friday 23 December 2016.
Effect on traffic
- No right turn into Elouera Street from Northbourne Avenue north bound
- No right turn into Gould Street from Northbourne Avenue south bound
- No through traffic from Elouera Street or Gould Street across Northbourne Avenue
- There will be no restrictions on traffic travelling north and south bound on Northbourne Avenue
- There will be low level noise associated with this work
- Detour arrangements will be in place around the intersection with signage to assist motorists.
