Road works at the intersection of Mouat Street and Goodwin Street in Lyneham scheduled to take place today have been postponed due to inclement weather.
The works, which are to repair damage caused by a burst water main, will take place later this week, weather permitting.
The ACT Government will keep the public informed on any further updates on the closure.
The work may require a section of Mouat Street to be fully closed for short periods, with a detour in place around Brigalow Street and Wattle Street. Traffic marshals will be in attendance with motorists warned to expect delays in the area.
Barriers and warning signs will be erected on site to alert people to the closure.
