As a result of recent wet weather Transport Canberra and City Services will be conducting maintenance and asphalting works on a section of Monaro Highway between Royalla Drive and Williamsdale Road from Wednesday 30 November to Friday 2 December 2016.
Weather permitting, the works will take place from 9 am on Wednesday until Friday morning.
During the works:
- the speed limit for that section of highway will be reduced to 40km per hour
- temporary lane closures will be place
- traffic controllers will be on site to manage the flow of traffic
Minor delays can be expected while the closures are in place. Variable message boards will also be in place to alert motorists of the work.
