Transport Canberra Journey Planner temporarily unavailable

Canberrans are reminded that that an updated ‘construction’ bus network has commenced this morning, Monday 2 February 2026.

The updated bus network is currently not available through in the MyWay+ app or Journey Planner on the Transport Canberra due to a data transmission issue.

This issue is also impacting service information on third party journey planners such as Google and Apple maps.

Transport Canberra is working with technology partners to urgently rectify this issue and apologises for any inconvenience.

Passengers are asked to refer to the bus timetables available on the Transport Canberra website and printed at bus stops, or by calling 131710 for assistance.

Updates will be provided on the Transport Canberra social media channels, and the Transport Canberra website.
