Tuggeranong Parkway lane closures as crews upgrade road barriers

Lanes of the Tuggeranong Parkway will be closed over the coming weeks as crews start work Wednesday, 24 March 2021 to safely upgrade road barriers. One lane will remain open in each direction at all times to allow traffic to travel through and works will be outside of peak hours.

The Tuggeranong Parkway will be affected in both directions from the Glenloch Interchange through to Sulwood Drive, Kambah. Speed reductions will be in place to ensure the safety of the workers and road users.

The timing of the works will be on Monday to Friday from 9.30 am till 4 pm. Crews will also work overnight from 7 pm till 5 am as well as through the weekend from 7pm Friday to 5am Monday inclusive.

Weather permitting, work is estimated to be completed by 18 May 2021.

Electronic road signage has been in place on the Tuggeranong Parkway alerting motorists of the upcoming works.
