Health alert – dust update: Canberrans waking up to very good air quality

The ACT Health Directorate is advising that air quality in the ACT has returned to very good levels this morning, with no ongoing public health risk.

The Bureau of Meteorology is forecasting a top of 19 degrees today with a medium chance of showers. Air quality is not expected to worsen. For further weather updates please visit the Bureau of Meteorology website.

Although, air quality levels have returned to normal, anyone with ongoing concerns about their health should seek medical advice from their health practitioner. Anyone experiencing wheezing, chest tightness or difficulty breathing should seek urgent medical assistance.
