We use compliments and complaints as a way to assess and improve our performance. You can submit feedback anonymously, however, if you require a response, you will need to provide contact details.

Complaints Process
In response to a complaint CMTEDD will:
- Acknowledge receipt of the complaint, keep the complainant informed of progress, and formally respond to the complaint.
- Assess and triage the complaint
- investigate the complaint to determine the facts and options for resolution.
- Advise on options for review if the complainant is dissatisfied with the response.
- Consider if there are any systemic issues that warrant further attention.
We will respect the confidentiality of personal information and use it only in accordance with the Information Privacy Act 2014 and other related legislation.

Public Interest Disclosures
The Public Interest Disclosures Act 2012 provides a way to report disclosable conduct or serious wrongdoing in the public sector. Any member of the public, including ACT public servants, may report misconduct. People who report corrupt, illegal or improper conduct, or substantial waste of public resources have protections, and government agencies must investigate and act on substantiated disclosures.
