Continuation of Builders’ Warranty Insurance

Cabinet agreed to Treasury officials entering into discussions with QBE Insurance to negotiate an arrangement for QBE to continue providing Builders’ Warranty Insurance in the ACT with the risk of claims against new policies issued being transferred to the ACT Government.
