Please note 17 out of the 18 ACTPS Enterprise Agreements are currently under negotiation. More information will become available as enterprise bargaining progresses.
The access period for the Administrative and Related Classifications Enterprise Agreement 2026 - 2029 commenced on 12 August before proceeding to ballot on 26 August. Employees are encouraged to review these materials before participating in the ballot.

Information sessions are available for employees to learn more about the proposed Agreement, including the key changes, salary increases and improvements to employment conditions and entitlements. Please see a copy of the information session presentation slideshow (PDF 1.8MB).
Proposed Enterprise Agreements are progressively added to this website as they are ready for employee consideration. Approved Enterprise Agreements are added once approval is received from the Fair Work Commission.
