Employee Assistance Program

The Employee Assistance Program is designed to provide support to all staff across a range of areas, such as during periods of intense change, counselling to tackle the problems of stress, relationship issues, or substance abuse. The service is delivered by a team of qualified psychologists and social workers, who utilise both coaching and counselling techniques that are short-term and solutions focused in nature.

The State of the Service Report is an Annual Report providing an account of the management of the ACT Public Service. It includes valuable workforce data, facts and figures, along with case studies that highlight the great work happening across the ACTPS.

The office of the Public Sector Standards Commissioner (Commissioner) is established under the Public Sector Management Act 1994 (the PSM Act). The Chief Minister has responsibility for appointing a Commissioner.
