Survey Champions
Survey Champions and Working Group members support the ACTPS Employee Survey across key areas, including:
- Survey Development: Champions and Working Group members play a critical role in the refinement and testing of the questionnaire. They lead the development of directorate and agency specific questions.
- Operations: Working Group members are involved in a range of operational tasks that will see the Survey deployed in September. This includes providing data on organisational structures (e.g. Directorate, division, branch, section).
- Engagement: Champions are a key channel for communications about participation in the lead-up to and during the survey period. They will also lead on the communication about survey results and responses in the post-survey period.
The Survey Champion and Working Group member network includes representative members from each participating directorate or sector entity. They collaborate with the ACTPS Survey Team to support the delivery of the ACTPS Employee Survey.
