Manager Support

Manager Support is short term, solution focused assistance for Employees that have managerial or supervisory responsibilities within an Agency/Directorate. Managers will receive coaching and advice to do with people management and leadership. This service helps managers manage their teams, have performance-based conversations, manage conflict, support Employees to work through personal or work-related issues and support people through change and Critical Incidents.

How to Access the Service

Manager Support is available to Employees only. You can access the service by calling Converge on 1300 687 327 (1300 OUR EAP). While this number is staffed 24 Hours a Day, Seven days a week, every day of the year. If you call outside business hours a Customer Support Officer will take your call and arrange a telephone appointment with you for during business hours unless you are in a current crisis or you are supporting an Employee in crisis, in which case the Customer Support Officer will link you up with a practitioner to talk with immediately.
