2018-19 State of the Service Report
I am pleased to submit the 2018-19 State of the Service Report. The report provides an account of the operations of the ACT Public Service and the management of the ACT Public Sector during the 2018-19 reporting year (1 July 2018 to 30 June 2019). It also provides information about investigations conducted by the Public Sector Standards Commissioner during the reporting year.
This report has been prepared in accordance with section 5 of the Annual Reports (Government Agencies) Act 2004 (Annual Report Act) and in accordance with the requirements under the Annual Reports (Government Agencies) Directions 2019.
I certify that the information in the attached report and information provided for whole of government reporting is an honest and accurate account and that all material information has been included for the reporting year.
Section 13 of the Annual Report Act requires that you present the report to the Legislative Assembly or to the Speaker within 15 weeks after the end of the reporting year. If provided to the Speaker, the Speaker must arrange for the report to be given to each member of the Legislative Assembly.
