Participating in the Survey

The ACT Public Service Employee Survey is an opportunity for all employees to provide feedback on their workplace. This gives us a good understanding of our diverse workforce and helps us to prioritise workforce initiatives to improve working conditions for everyone.

Participation in the ACTPS Employee Survey is voluntary and confidential. The more staff that respond to the survey, the greater trust we have that the feedback is an accurate reflection of the experience of a broad range of employees in the ACTPS.

How to complete the survey

An invitation email with the survey link will be sent to all ACTPS employees in participating organisations on 1 September 2025.

What the survey means for you

The ACTPS Employee Survey is an opportunity for you to provide confidential feedback to your Directorate, agency and the ACTPS leadership as a whole.

We want to be an employer of choice and to support the Government in making the ACT the most progressive jurisdiction in Australia. To do this, we need your feedback to know where to target whole-of-government workforce planning and programs. By better understanding your views and experiences, we will be better positioned to evaluate, revise and improve the working conditions for everyone.

Participating directorates and agencies also look at their own results to support targeted action to improve the local work environments of their own staff.
