Management of affected Mr Fluffy properties beyond June 2020

Legislative Assembly (Office of the Legislative Assembly) Amendment Bill 2019

Cabinet agreed the Chief Minister present the Legislative Assembly (Office of the Legislative Assembly) Legislation Bill 2019, which includes amendments to give effect to recommendation 7 of the Select Committee Inquiry into the 2016 ACT Election.

School Education Advisory Committee report – Safe and Supportive Schools

Cabinet agreed to the public release of the report of the Schools Education Advisory Committee on safe and supportive schools and the ACT government response. A Triple Bottom Line Assessment was undertaken and it was determined the submission did not impact on any categories

Review of the Tree Protection Act 2005 and agreement to a Ministerial statement responding to a 2017 motion on Canberra’s tree canopy

Cabinet agreed the Minister for City Services table a statement in the Legislative Assembly that responds to the 2017 motion on tree canopy, and commence a review of the Tree Protection Act 2005 with a public consultation process, including release of a discussion paper.

Government Response to Standing Committee on Education, Employment and Youth Affairs Report 6 – Management and Minimisation of Bullying and Violence in ACT Government Schools

Heritage Amendment Bill 2019
