Cabinet agreed to enter in to a Bilateral Agreement with the Commonwealth Government on the National Disability Full Scheme arrangements and made decisions regarding the National Partnership DisabilityCare Australia Fund and the escalation rate for the ACT’s cash contribution to the scheme.
