National Partnership Agreement for Streamlined Agreements

Cabinet agreed the Chief Minister sign the National Partnership Agreement on Streamlined Agreements on behalf of ACT Government. The Agreement seeks to streamline agreements in key sectors by consolidating low value and/or low risk Project Agreements under a single National Partnership Agreement. The benefits of the new approach include streamlining of reporting requirements and a reduction in time spent negotiating the standard clauses for new standalone Project Agreements.
