Among matters not covered are materials considered in the formation of the ACT budget, commercial and industrial matters under negotiation, as well as matters that would impact personal privacy, security and the ACT economy. Nothing in this document can be considered a waiver of the Government’s executive privilege.
Committees of Cabinet
A Security and Emergency Management Committee of Cabinet meeting was convened. Ministers and relevant officials were briefed on security and emergency management in the ACT.
A meeting of the Budget Committee of Cabinet was convened. Ministers and Treasury officials discussed items of fiscal importance to the ACT.
Stromlo Forest Park Master Plan and Community Engagement
Cabinet endorsed the Stromlo Forest Park Master Plan and the response to the outcomes of community engagement.
Workers Compensation Quarterly Reports (October–December 2015)
Cabinet endorsed the Workers Compensation Quarterly Reports (October to December 2015) presented in conjunction by TAMS/ACTION and JACS. The reports include strategies for future improvement in regards to claims and reporting times.
Appointments
Cabinet endorsed appointments to the following entities:
- The ACT Public Cemeteries Authority Board.
- A magistrate to the ACT Magistrates Court.
