Intergovernmental Agreement on Strengthening Australia’s Fruit Fly Management System

Cabinet agreed to the Minister for the Environment and Heritage signing the intergovern­mental agreement on behalf of the ACT as the ACT’s member on the Agriculture Ministers’ Forum.

Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Procurement Policy

Minute number: 19/158/CAB

Cabinet agreed to approve the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Procurement Policy as a procurement policy applicable to all Territory entities covered by the Government Procurement Act 2001. The aim of the Policy is to support the objectives of the ACT Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Agreement 2019-2028, which includes the focus area of economic participation for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples in the Canberra Region.
