Assets Managed
The Directorate managed assets with a total value of $3.0 million as at 30 June 2013.
Assets on hand, as at 30 June 2013, include:

- Much of the value of the Plant and Equipment assets were added to the Directorate as a result of Administrative Arrangements of 9 November 2012, which transferred various functions into CMTD from the former Treasury Directorate ($0.065 million) and Shared Services ($1.082 million).
- The increase in Capital Works in Progress reflects the progression of capital works in progress during the financial year.
Assets Management and Upgrade
No material repairs and maintenance or upgrades were undertaken by the Directorate during 2012-13.

Office Accommodation
Chief Minister and Treasury Directorate has 283 staff and six contractors occupying 4,928.07m2 at the following sites:
- Location 1: Canberra Nara Centre, 4,319.07m2 , 251 staff.
- Location 2: Level 1, 221 London Circuit, 609.00m2, 38 staff.
The average area occupied by each person is 17.05m2.
These occupancy figures do not include the two Directorate Liaison Officers based in the Legislative Assembly Building or staff on long-term leave, as at 30 June 2013.
There are no staff employed in non-office environments.
