Negotiations for the replacement of the ACTPS CMCD Enterprise Agreement 2011-2013 were finalised in May 2014. As a result of the negotiations, the ACT Public Service Administrative and Related Classifications Enterprise Agreement 2013-2017 was approved by Fair Work Australia on 23 May 2014.
